* Starts with a sweet, ambery incense.
* It has presence but is not overwhelming.
* The incense stays in the forefront as a muted rose starts to come in.
* At this point, the scent lightens and becomes much more of a skin scent.
* The incense recedes as a sweet (but not too sweet) resin and creamy woods come into play.
Summary: Sideris is a really nice oriental incense fragrance which starts with a real punch. The initial projection is strong before starting to calm down after an hour (so apply early in the morning if you are planning to wear it to work). Those on your commute will smell you on the way. The longevity is excellent – lasting more than ten hours as a skin scent. If you are wary of rose perfumes as being too feminine, the rose is quiet and acts as a supporting character. I think this one reads a little more masculine, but women could easily wear it.
