Dear Ron,
It’s a pleasure to make contact with you through twitter. I have had a look at your blog site and I love it!
Making new fume friends is always a joy for me as I’m sure my nearest and nearest get somewhat tired of my constant evaluations of all things smelly.
Papillon is my business baby, more a passion than a business and it has taken just over 3 years to get to the stage where I’m ready to take my perfumes into the public domain. It’s scary but exciting at the same time. At the moment I’m awaiting the cards for the tester bottles but when they arrive i would love to send you some as any feedback is invaluable to me albeit terrifying….
Your blog is now saved to my ‘favourites’ and I look forward to following you and your fragrant journeys.
Kindest regards,
Liz at Papillon
So nice to meet you. I will email you directly.
Hi Ron,
I saw you DJing at Talbot St. the other night and through some funny miscommunication, you gave me the business card for this site. Thanks for that- now I can get some education on perfume! Just wanted to say you were awesome and I can’t believe you found Perfume on your playlist!
-Katie
Thanks for your comment.
When you said “Do you do Perfume?” – I was totally kidding by handing you this card.
I knew you were referring to the J-pop girl group with the masochistic choreography – I don’t have any of their videos except the one mashup. I should try to dig up more of their stuff to fit in.
It just happens that in addition to writing about dance music (www.notabledance.com) – I also write about fragrance on this site.
Thank you so much for your support and hope to see you again at Talbott on April 20th!

Ron
Oh my gosh! Thank you for the link to this site, a dance blog is right up my alley. I will let my homegirl know we were being trolled- So excited J-Pop isn’t too far off the nerd-cliff. Thanks again for the great night and the good reads/sounds/scents!
